I believe that “You” is the key word when it comes to “Product You”. The sessions with my team (and with my manager) are focussed on the individual. We use it flexibly, based on each colleague’s personality and preferences or what is important for each specific session. Each conversation is also an opportunity to relate back to our “Growth Mindset”, so spending time thinking about past learning and what’s coming next to allow us to grow and evolve is key. Having regular sessions really helps keeping up the focus.
