IAG Loyalty is part of International Airlines Group (IAG), one of the world’s leading airline groups. Together, IAG’s airlines operate more than 600 aircraft, flying over 122 million customers each year to 285 destinations across 93 countries.
We were founded as Air Miles in 1988 and evolved into Avios in 2011. Today, as IAG Loyalty, we combine decades of expertise in loyalty and travel to create meaningful connections between customers, airlines and partners.
Our business is built around two core divisions: Loyalty and Holidays.
Our Loyalty division manages Avios, the global loyalty currency used by leading airlines including British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling, Qatar Airways, Finnair and Loganair. More than 70 million members worldwide can collect and spend Avios across an extensive network of partners spanning travel, retail and financial services - bringing greater value to everyday experiences.
Our Holidays division powers the Holidays brands for British Airways and Iberia, offering incredible travel experiences. With a portfolio of over 10,500 hotels across more than 600 cities in 100 countries, we help customers plan and book their journeys with confidence.
Together we're creating a more rewarding world of travel and experiences.
