British Airways Holidays appoints Mark Hall as Head of Product & Sourcing

9 September, 2025: IAG Loyalty has announced the appointment of Mark Hall as Head of Product & Sourcing at British Airways Holidays, from 6 October 2025.

Mark brings more than two decades of experience in the travel industry, having held a range of senior commercial and strategy roles. He joins from TUI Group, where he was most recently Commercial & Strategy Director - Product & Purchasing, where he was responsible for product innovation and supplier partnerships across multiple international markets.

He began his travel career in 1998 on the Thomson Holidays graduate scheme, progressing through a range of commercial roles accumulating extensive expertise in revenue optimisation, product development and purchasing on a global scale. This including becoming TUI UK Product Director for over 10 years, before becoming General Manager - Revenue Management at TUI UK in 2006. Since then, he has built extensive expertise in revenue optimisation, product development and purchasing on a global scale.

In his new role, Mark will lead the product and sourcing function at British Airways Holidays, supporting the company’s growth strategy and its ambition to deliver a market-leading holiday proposition for customers.

Mark will be working alongside Duncan Roberts, who continues in Andrew’s leadership team as Head of Commercial.  As part of an ambitious growth strategy, Duncan will be accountable for the commercial performance of the holidays businesses for all the airlines within IAG.
