Foxtons enters exclusive estate agency partnership with global reward currency Avios

17 December 2025 – Foxtons, London’s number one estate agency brand, and IAG Loyalty, the brand behind the global reward currency Avios, have unveiled a new strategic partnership that will give new and existing customers the opportunity to turn their property transactions into exciting rewards and future travel.
The new partnership makes Foxtons the only UK estate agent through which customers can collect Avios, as the UK’s largest lettings and London’s leading estate agency brand continues to innovate its loyalty proposition for landlords and sellers.
From 15 December 2025, customers using Foxtons to let or sell their home can collect up to 30,000 Avios*, while existing Foxtons landlords who add Foxtons Property Management services can collect 20,000 Avios**, making it even easier for London’s landlords and homeowners to unlock the world with Avios.
Available to members of The British Airways Club, landlords and sellers must link their My Foxtons account with their British Airways Club account via www.foxtons.co.uk/account/rewards prior to instructing Foxtons. Those yet to become a member of the Avios programme can sign-up for free today.
For Foxtons, the partnership supports a strategic focus on attracting and retaining landlords, encouraging greater take-up of the Group’s property management services and driving market share growth in the London sales market – core pillars of the Group’s growth strategy.
With moving house considered to be one of life’s more stressful experiences, this will give homeowners the opportunity to upgrade home keys for jet-skis, with the Avios collected able to power flights, hotel stays, and unforgettable experiences. Thanks to one-way British Airways Reward Flights starting at 10,000 Avios + £1, this means Foxtons customers could collect enough Avios for return flights to destinations including Paris, Geneva and Nice***.
Recent research commissioned by Foxtons, involving more than 1,300 landlords across London and the surrounding areas, shows that incentives could play a role in how landlords choose and stay with their letting agent. The findings reveal that most landlords review their agency relationship every two to three years, and over 80% say a reward scheme is one of the factors that would influence their decision to consider switching.
The study also found that ongoing rewards – particularly flexible, high-value schemes such as Avios – are strongly associated with a positive brand experience and help reinforce loyalty over time. By introducing this partnership, Foxtons is responding directly to what landlords say they value: great service, supported by rewards that feel genuinely useful and rewarding.
